How will I understand what I have been written?

Inquiries from patients will come in the “Messages” section of your personal account.

Where is the button?

If you have made your choice, click on the “Contact the Clinic” button located right after the basic information. Next, fill out the registration form, the login and password will be sent to your email.

How quickly will the clinic respond?

We recommend that clinics respond within three business days.

If the clinic does not give you an answer within that time or does not get in touch – contact the support center.

Any questions?

You will be able to see the list of questions in your personal profile, in the section “Place a clinic”. While filling out the questionnaire, you will be offered questions that relate to the activities of your clinic.

What if I don't pass moderation?

You may not be moderated if you have made mistakes in the questionnaire. We will notify you about these mistakes in your personal profile so that you can correct them and resubmit your application for moderation.
